The United States is one of the world leaders in the solar PV industry. Nations like Japan and the U.K. are also leading in this area. Japan and other European Nations have committed a great deal more funding toward research and development. Do you think that the U.S. should follow suit by taxing fossil fuels more heavily to subsidize more research and development in our solar industry?
