3. To what extent do other countries currently use it?
4. To what extent does our country currently use it & where?
5. How can the average citizen make use of this source? How would applying in impact the average citizen? (Reduction of fossil fuel consumption? Savings?)
6. How much would it cost? Where are they manufactured and where can they be purchased?
plus this has to be a newspaper and the more creative the better, so any ideas there would help too.
