:Like: ending the wars
Like: slashing military spending (Clinton did)
Like: Raising taxes drastically progressively on the highes income earners all the way up to the top marginal rates that used to exist in the 1960’s??
Like: fiercely advocating a uninversal health care system like most of the rest of our allies have?
Like: Raising taxes on Big corporations and elimination loopholes so that they can get back to paying 30% of total fed tax revenues like they used to in the 1960’s instead of the 5% they pay now?
Like: pushing hard for solving the illegal immigration problem including an amnesty for illegals that have been in USA for certain number of years (even Bush did that).
Like: Pushing real hard for solar energy development and windfarms and other less polluting energy sources…you know the green economy that he talked about while campaigning?
If Democrats in Congress are the socialists some say they are….why are they not having a party right now passing sosialist laws and policies like there is no tomorrow?
where are the FDR style public works projects fixing our roads and highways and dams and bridges while employing millions of americans???
oh..I forgot…and if he was a wild eyed liberal, would he not have been pushing much harder for the lifting of dont ask dont tell ???
oh..and how could I forget? why has he not cracked down on wallstreet with a sledge hammer of strong regulations to stop the economy endangering greedy shenanigans?
