Then why haven’t we colonized the whole Solar system since then? Because it took mankind only several thousand years to rise from stone tools to industrial society, nuclear power, space flights, etc. So either something kept human beings from developing, or something stimulated their development. I can’t imagine what could’ve been achieved during the whole 200 thousand years of technological evolution.
