Right now, solar efficency is around 30-40%. So as technology increases, and this % increases to 90+%, could it be a reasonable source? I am not talking about having Boeing 747’s run off of them, just like small Cessna’s. Keep in mind, that also battery technology will increase to, allowing for quicker charges, and more power to weight ratio.
